Experience
I’ve always had a deep love and passion for cooking, which began at a young age. With over eight years of experience in the kitchen—three of which have been spent cooking professionally—I’ve honed my skills both independently and under the guidance of talented, passionate chefs. My journey has led me to work with a wide variety of ingredients and cuisines, especially through my role in the catering department at the Lory Student Center. There, I’ve had the opportunity to craft dishes based on unique guest requests, which has sharpened my ability to think critically and problem-solve in the kitchen, ensuring each meal is a memorable experience.

I’m passionate about exploring the art of cooking, with a particular love for French and Middle Eastern cuisines. French cooking fascinates me with its precision and timeless techniques, while Middle Eastern cuisine excites me with its bold flavors and aromatic spices. Whether it’s a delicate French dish or a hearty Middle Eastern meal, I enjoy bringing these culinary traditions to life with a modern twist.
